At Just Math, we know schedules get busy and we value our students’ time, our tutors’ dedication, and the smooth running of our schedule. To ensure fairness and consistency for all families, we ask that parents and students review and adhere to the following policies:
Scheduling Policy
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system, Tutorbird (or by contacting our scheduling coordinator).
Please book sessions at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a completed session.
Requests must be submitted via the official scheduling system (Tutorbird), email, or text to ensure proper record-keeping.
Late Arrival Policy
Students are expected to arrive/log in on time for all scheduled sessions.
If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Extra time cannot be added.
Tutors are required to wait for 15 minutes; if the student does not arrive within this period, the session will be marked as a no-show.
No-Show Policy
Any session where a student does not attend without prior notice will be marked as completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Limited exceptions (illness, family emergency, etc.) may be granted at the discretion of Just Math management. These exceptions are limited to one per student per quarter unless otherwise approved.Thank you.
