SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

The Just Math Tutoring Company, LLC ("Just Math," "we," "us," or "our") SMS messaging program provides communications to parents, guardians, adult students, prospective clients, and customers who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive text messages.

Messages may include:

• Tutoring appointment confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Scheduling and rescheduling updates

4. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Just Math and messages you send to us.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Just Math, tutoring schedule, program participation, and communication preferences.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS communications are intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers and many regional carriers.

Availability and delivery may vary depending on your carrier, mobile device, service plan, and location.

7. Age & Parental Consent

Our SMS program is intended primarily for parents, guardians, and individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Because Just Math provides tutoring and educational services to minors, parents or legal guardians may provide contact information and communication consent in connection with services provided to their children.

Students under the age of 18 should not independently enroll in marketing SMS communications without the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian.

8. SMS Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to vendors or subcontractors that support our communications and customer service operations when necessary to provide those services.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Appointments

Tutoring appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling and contact information and for monitoring appointment confirmations and communications.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, payment, or no-show policies provided during registration, enrollment, invoicing, scheduling, or onboarding may apply to your tutoring services.

Where a service-specific agreement or enrollment policy conflicts with these general website Terms, the service-specific agreement or policy will control with respect to that service.

Third-Party Educational Platforms

Just Math may use or recommend third-party educational and technology platforms in connection with tutoring services.

These may include learning-management systems, video-conferencing services, assessment platforms, math-learning websites, test-preparation resources, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or other educational technologies.
